Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping:
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
International Shipping:
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide photos of damaged items.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and determine replacement or refund eligibility.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

7. Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
